Responsible for the successful run of the airline operations airside from the perspective of the Premium passengers/VIPs. Managing the standards of the Food and Beverage/Housekeeping departments of the lounge, ensuring that they are constantly met. Providing organizational assistance, Meet & Greet etc to the delegations of VIPs, high profile politicians, and celebrities. Effectively participating in holding the recruitment campaign in Ukraine aiming in selecting and recruiting new staff, resulted in forming 5 new batches. Nominated as a “Subject Matter Expert” in order to train the ab-initio batches of the new joiners, being responsible for their full orientation, guidance, and support during relocation and formal training for the future career resulted in 10% increase of their efficiency and 5% increase in customer service level satisfaction.
