Identify client requirements and prepare the technical design including solution configurations, diagrams, and solution description.
Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers.
Respond to technical Request for Information/Request for Proposal and ensure compliance with all requirements specified.
Worked on projects covering complete Network Infrastructure, Unified Communication (IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, and Contact Center), Wireless, CCTV, IPTV, Internet Service Providers, Datacenters, Storage, Logging, and Security Solutions.
Have full knowledge in all Cisco Products as BMB is a Gold Partner with Cisco.
Have worked on projects requiring different partner products including, but not limited to, Websense, Bluecoat, McAfee, F5, VMware, and Fireeye.
