Promote membership sale and packages
•Responsible for coaching during their workout
•Correctly demonstrate proper use of equipment
•Evaluate client through fitness assessment process
•Monitor member goal and ensure to keep their tracking record
•Handles telephone enquiries and provide information in accordance to the standard procedure
•Reports all accidents and ensure that proper care is given
•Constantly follow up client that are not attending

Ensure that store is set on its brand standard
•Conduct Training for the whole store team on weekly basis
•Evaluate staff performance on quarterly basis
•Ensure store sales target given is monitored and achieved
•Open Communication to all level and work as a team member
•Work with the Store Manager to achieve store objective, target and standard at the highest level
•Maintain training with the store team on how to maximize sale
•Effective Communication Skills to other department heads and maintain successful store operation
•Provide feedback to the Store Manager, Brand Manager about product issues
•Stand as a deputy in absence of the Store Manager
