Job Description:
1. Responsible in the Accounts Payable ( local and import payment through checks or telex transfer to foreign banks)
2. Prepares daily consolidated sales report (retail and wholesale)
3. Posting and reconciling Supermarkets Stocks Internal Transfer & Debtors Account
4. Bank and Suppliers Statement Reconciliation
5. Journalising and Posting various daily transactions
6. Receiving, Depositing & Data Entry of Salesmens' cash collection & Foreign currencies from Supermarkets
7. Prepares Staff monthly Salary/Payroll and Salesmens' commission.

prior to balance sheet preparation.
2. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual computation and preparation of Financial Statement including Tax (VAT/Percentage)and Income Tax Return
