• HR Business Partnering and Strategy: Collaborate and partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the companys overall business objectives.
• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Manage recruitment needs for the region, ensuring adherence to the recruitment process.
• Onboarding and Exit Management: Facilitate the onboarding of new hires and off boarding of exits, ensuring a positive and smooth experience overall, also making recommendations for continuous improvements as required.
• Talent Management: Assist in the development and execution of Succession Planning and Talent Management programs to support the operations strategy, ensuring a steady stream of the best and brightest.
• Employee Relations: provide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on employee relations, grievances, disciplinary and performance issues.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Training and Development: Identify learning and development needs and coordinate with L&D - COE team to create programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our regional employees.
• Employee Well-being: Promote programs and resources that support the physical and mental well-being of our employees.
• HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations (Freezone and Mainland) for the respective country.
• Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and track the effectiveness of HR programs. (Monthly dashboards, Attrition and Head count Analysis)
• Call potential customers for new business
• Source applicants through various methods including advertising, word of mouth, job sites, career fairs
• Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
• Full execution of the recruitment process
• Pre-screen candidates
• Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
• Inform candidates fully about the job and company
• Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
• Verify references
• Conduct background checks
• Track status of all screenings
• Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels
• Develops pool of internal and external talents
• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face, and written communication
• Utilizing the database to run searches for potential candidates
• Maintain an accurate and current database of all potential clients
• Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all services, relevant selling points and benefits
• Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of services provided
• Maintain high standard of personal presentation
• Represent organization in a professional manner at all times
• Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures
• Assists in other duties as needed and directed
• Handle all HR related request & inquires when my supervisors are out of office
• Verify all employee data is complete and updated in OASYS HR system
• On-boarding for new employees
• Assist in organizing monthly events & team member recognition day
• Prepare salary certificate, employment certificate, embassy letters as per the requests of employees
• Daily HR activities.
