- Supporting the Finance team with creation of Purchase and Sales orders and preparation of Gross profit analysis on the same.
- Assisting with the physical verification of inventory and petty cash control.
- Preparation of Inter unit transaction reports and assisting in Bank reconciliations.
- Managing Accounts receivables by ensuring Statement of Accounts are sent to customer’s on time and follow up’s are done regularly.
- Preparing reminder letters of payment to customers.
- Debt collections from clients and deposits to bank on a timely basis.
- Communications with internal and external departments for daily tasks.
- Managing office and sales finances for Day-to-day activities.
- Maintaining stock inventory while coordinating with sales department and ensuring on time
delivery.
- Preparing Daily/ weekly sales reports and presenting it to the senior management.
- Maintaining and filing office records for HR and Operations.
- Sales Enablement: Assigning and coordinating client visits with the sales executives.
- Pre-sales visit and post sales visit client coordination.
- Lead management: From identification of clients to closure of sale. Maintaining and updating the clients list in order to maintain the CRM system for the business.
- Coordinating between the India and Middle East Offices.
