• Collecting and surrendering cash float before and after duty from\to the reception area and assures that the both parties have signed the logbook.

• Knows all the coffee selections and give fully attention to the guest special request especially on milk preferences.
• Make sure that all items are punched in the POS and collect and settle the payment correctly.
• Always endorse everything clearly to the next personnel before the break and before leaving the shop.
Handles cash transaction of the restaurant. Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit cards and etc.
Responsible for daily sales report and month end sales summary.
Answer telephone calls regarding reservations, menu information, and business information.
Act as a hostess of the restaurant and assist in the dining area.
