• Prepare and edit contracts, addendums, correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• Assist with completing RFP’s (request for proposals) for corporate negotiated accounts
• Preparing and processing of individual hotel contracts
• Receive incoming calls, analyze client needs, prepare quotes, negotiate and conclude sales ensuring a prompt and professional follow up

• Document preparation including spreadsheets, memos, statistical information, forms, proposals and other printed materials
• Assist in responding to customer correspondence and requests
• Assist in the handling of clients of assigned Director and/or Sales Manager as needed in his absence
• Coordinate appointments, schedule travel arrangements and itineraries for assigned Director and/or Sales Manager
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
