• Ensure the proper distribution of events work ‎sheets on a daily/ weekly basis and the relevant ‎information to all departments
• Answer, screen, and direct all incoming ‎telephone calls
• Document preparation including ‎spreadsheets, memos, statistical information, ‎forms, proposals and other printed materials
• Assist in responding to customer ‎correspondence and requests
• Assist in the handling of clients of assigned ‎Director and/or Sales Manager as needed in his ‎absence
• Coordinate appointments, schedule travel ‎arrangements and itineraries for assigned ‎Director and/or Sales Manager
