Job Description:
•Selling Townhouses, Condominiums, Single Attached Houses/ House & Lot.
•Working as an intermediary between the buyers and the agent (My Sister) in Philippines.
•Advertise listed property to potential buyers.
•Schedule showings to potential buyers so they can view the property.
•Educate sellers about requirements and helping them throughout the buying process.
•Assist prospective clients with identifying the property suitable for their needs.
•Helping homeowners/clients to follow-up any concerns/complaints by sending or forwarding their letters directly to manager’s office.
•I have worked as Field Visual Merchandiser in more or less 15 shops of PADINI AUTHENTICS, SEED, STFANEL in Riyadh. Borayda, Alhasa, Madina and Jedda handling Kids Section. Assigned as In-House Visual Merchandiser in 2 shops of BED & BATH in Sahara Mall & Granada Mall in Riyadh Saudi.
•Responsible for designing, and implementing window displays and in-store displays including locating or layouting of shelves, tables, stands of the store.
•Re-arranging of window and in-store display for seasons and promotional events; dismantling displays at the end of promotional periods.

•Dressing mannequins and making use of creative lighting for window displays and in-store .
