Proactively involved in all aspects of marketing and professional education events including;
Manage the workflow of cross-functional projects from internal and external customers across the MENA East Region
Managing suppliers of related congress assets across MENA East Region
Working cross-division on congresses, product launches, workshops, trainings and courses, tradeshows, exhibitions and conferences,
Distributor and KOL HCPs relations
Contracts preparation for HCP’s across MENA East Region
SGH tender coordination
Product and resource development
Support the sales and marketing team in increasing brand awareness and delivering company objectives.
Directly reports to the General Manager. Supporting the Sales Department in all aspects of their work such as:
• Assisting in preparing Sales Forecast and Yearly Budget.
• Monitoring actual sales on a weekly basis, circulate to the sales team and provide information to head office - accounts department.
• Preparing monthly end sales report.
• Preparing quotations, proforma invoices production order, and other related administrative, sales support documentation needed by the sales department.
• Responsible for usage of ERP - Oracle database
• Point of contact of the Logistics department, Supply Chain Department, and Accounts in coordination of the readiness of goods, shipment of items and actual sales.
• Assisting inTender Administrative work (preparing and gathering all necessary information as per tender requirements)
• Interacts with customers, distributors, vendors and referral sources as directed.
• Communicating with clients prior to their course and documenting all correspondence.
• Maintain accuracy of contact information contained in databases for sales reps, distributors, OEM’s and end-users
• Utilising social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and brand awareness .
• Assisting with promotional events, sample mailings, production of slide presentations, letters, forms, databases and other forms of effective communications.
• Arranging with activity programs including lunch, dinner, outings and as directed.
• Arranging travel and hotel accommodations.
• Assists in event planning for special functions and parties as directed.
• Participates in sales efforts including tradeshows and medical health exhibitions.
• Handling sales phone calls and emails.
• Organizing filling system (soft copy and hard copies)
Reports to Wave-Supervisor. Responsible for the following duties:
• Provides positive and informative product awareness to customer
• Responsible for marketing new offers (holiday package, discounts, special offers)
• Provides satisfactory answers to any related product questions.
• Responsible in assisting new customers with regards to online booking and assuring them of safe payment (credit card)
• Providing sympathetic assistance and satisfying solutions on irate customers with issues on flight delays, hotel and flight cancellations, re-bookings of trip and requests for refunds (case to case basis)
• Responsible in providing good customer service support to callers.
Directly reports to the Operations Manager. Responsible for administrative support such as;
• Coordinating in implementation of office administrative procedures.
• Recieves incoming mails, invoices, receipts from on-going construction.
• Prepares weekly minutes of meeting, contract agreement, quotations, memo’s and other confidential and non-confidential letters.
• Organzing Operations Manager travel plans, hotel and flight bookings.
• Keeping and maintaining filling system.
Directly reporting to General Manager. Responsible for office management answering phones, preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements and scheduling appointments and meetings for the GM. Responsible for confidential documents and information, research and creation of statistical documents and presentations. .
