Presently my role involves, proactively communicating with organizational representatives for their IT related issues and act as a single point of contact for IT implementation, maintenance and support. My Role also includes planning, budgeting, operations and controls in line with company’s mission and objectives. Working closely with the key decision makers in other functions to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
• Project Management
o Implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 having modules Finance, PS, MM, SD, PP across YOCOGAWA INDIA LTD.
o Development of Quality module and implementation.
o Development and implementation of E-Service module which caters to Customer Service department end to end.

Project Management (Microsoft Dynamics 2009)
Implementing Microsoft Dynamics having modules Finance, Trade and logistics, Production, HR &Payroll across the organization.
Plans and manages the project on a day-to-day basis.
