Managing and primarily in-charge of the Event Merchandise for the Dubai World Cup 2019
Managing and executing of the event operations and merchandise for Race nights during the Dubai World Cup Carnival
Creating Sales reports, conducting regular inventory counts, Merchandise team's staff management, supplier coordination, managing online DWC merchandise sales and managing overall DWC Merchandise for the Race Season and DWC 2019
Assist in Event production and logistics from development of content, venue set-up and onsite support for DWC, Post-Position Draw & Breakfast with the Stars.
Manage the Contractors, Exhibitors, DWC Staff accreditation through Security Portal
Coordination with various vendors for staff uniforms, stationeries
Communication with DWC staff for various activities prior to the World cup including briefing set ups, badge distribution and overall management

Assist for the set-up and staffing of Airport Meet & Greet Desks to include airport passes, signage, equipment, official transport etc.
Assist for the set-up and staffing of Hotel Hospitality Desks to include guests’ rooming lists, badge & giveaways distribution, documents filing, signage, equipment, official transport etc.
Managing the DWC Exhibitors & Merchandise suppliers

Assist in the post-event closing of the event documents
General: - Reporting to & completing various tasks assigned by the Sales Manager throughout the event - Airshow 2017 - Creating, maintaining & updating the Revenue tracker for all the Airshow Chalets, Meeting Rooms & Press Area Catering on a daily basis as a pre-event process - Communicating with various departments mainly F&B deliveries for confirmation of all orders & updating them with any changes made or specific client requirements - Providing assistance to the team being on-site for the final two days of the event - Creating a Total Revenue Sheet during closing with actual revenue earned. EBMS: - Scripting & editing of client requirements as finalized by Sales team on EBMS (Event Business Management Software) as a pre-event process - Scripting additional & on site catering orders during the event - Assistance in closing by uploading relevant & additional documents to the software along with tallying totals with actual orders Risk Assessment: - Providing daily weather updates prior to two weeks of the event dates up till the last event day in order to prepare in advance for any delays or hassles - Providing all office & online support for the on-site team during the event in case of unpredictable power failure on site
Leasing of permanent kiosks present at Covent Garden Market Dubai, Dubai Festival Centre
Preparing new contracts and updating the renewal contracts for new/existing tenants
Daily Supervision activities at Covent Garden Market Dubai, Dubai Festival Centre
To come up with digital/event marketing activities in order to generate/increase footfall in kiosk area

• To approach potential clients, get the requirements and prepare presentations along with costing sheets and to do follow-ups regularly till event execution
• Act as the company liaison for the Production team, Creative team, Vendors and Venue Managers
• Develop agendas/timelines and prepare calendars for respective events
