Leading and supporting a team of area managers and sales supervisors with their sales representative to achieve business target in each region, which include revenue, collection, product coverage, customer’s numbers and volume growth.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Team Management
- Sales Analysis
- Sales Targets
- Collections
- Sales Process Control
- New Products and Market intelligence
- Develop quarterly / annual sales
- Achieve distribution including volume and value objectives
- Ensure 100% coverage of planned volume-weighted IR customers by region
- Implementation of HHT
- Effective route plan, call frequency, call time, call steps and in-store presence
- Route riding, daily reviews and reports
- Contribute on price positioning and channel promotions
- Cash and credit management as per company policy
