lead rigger of the team as a support service i am the one who will go to the plant to check the proper location of the area that the operation want to do the job, and make the plan, make our permit to work as per rules of the regulation at qatar gas or other plant, checking rigging tackles etc., then conduct tool back talk to the group, checking the equipment crane, boomtruck, forklift, over head crane of the monthy inspection and capacity.
