▪ Acting as the site supervising consultant representative on site and managing the project site Supervision team and project personnel requirements with in the project allocated budget.
▪ Managing and insuring the fulfilment of the project contractual agreement by all parties.
▪ Reviewing the changes in the project and assessing their impact on the project Baseline.
▪ Insuring that project deliverables are adhered to by all responsible parties (Client & Contractors).

Coordinating and Overseeing the design development stage from schematic design into construction document stage. Coordinating between all the engineering disciplines in order to comply with the RFP. Overseeing the production of shop drawings. Overseeing the site progress.

Following up site works on daily basis. Coordinating with the client in order to comply with his requirements. Manage and direct the work team in order to achieve the required deliverables.

Following up site works on daily basis. Manage project development from start to end. Follow up project daily site progress.Develop project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and Devise contingency plans.
