Construction
▪ Acting as the site supervising consultant representative on site and managing the project site Supervision team and project personnel requirements with in the project allocated budget.
▪ Managing and insuring the fulfilment of the project contractual agreement by all parties.
▪ Reviewing the changes in the project and assessing their impact on the project Baseline.
▪ Insuring that project deliverables are adhered to by all responsible parties (Client & Contractors).
▪ Managing the design changes as per the client requirements and recommending the necessary actions and changes.
▪ Coordinating with 3rd party consultants to insure that all parties working in alignment with the project targets and the engineering standards and reviewing the IFC drawings before final issuance to the contractor.
▪ Tracking the project progress and insuring that all variances are controlled with reference to the project base line.
▪ Reporting the project progress to the client and management on a monthly basis via monthly report and weekly basis in the weekly progress meetings.
▪ Preparing the monthly fees claims to the client.
▪ Reviewing and approving the contractor’s interim payments.
▪ Exploring possibilities of business development and scouting for new possible projects
• Design and Built In flight services Training center (IFSTC) - Saudi Air Lines
Coordinating and Overseeing the design development stage from schematic design into construction document stage. Coordinating between all the engineering disciplines in order to comply with the RFP. Overseeing the production of shop drawings. Overseeing the site progress.
• Finishing works of Hisham Al Murshad Comercial & Administrative Building
Following up site works on daily basis. Coordinating with the client in order to comply with his requirements. Manage and direct the work team in order to achieve the required deliverables.
• Finishing Works of Al Thuraya boy's college and sports hall.
Following up site works on daily basis. Manage project development from start to end. Follow up project daily site progress.Develop project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and Devise contingency plans. Manage and direct the work team in order to achieve the required deliverables.

Supervising and checking shop drawings according to consultant standards. Coordinating between site work and design drawings.

Contributes to general preparation of shop drawing and construction documents and models. Materials specs, prepare drawings submissions as per consultant requirements. Follow up any pertinent work details on site, diagnose any irregularities and take necessary corrective action. Coordinates work with the project team. Supervising project Architect to insure the quality and specs compliance of the submitted works
