What we usually do as a service crew is that we serve prepare the viands to the customer, and as a kitchen staff we help prepare the needed ingredients for the cook. After the event, we clean the whole area used for the party like weddings, birthdays and others.
I receive calls from different people from US. Each of them calls to ask for help about a certain problem about their TV, Internet and others. I, as a CSR help them resolve their problem in a certain and appropriate way and assure each costumers satisfaction.
I have a lot of task in the restaurant like the ff:
1) Early in the morning, I cook for breakfast and lunch and mostly assist the main chef in cooking the viands.
2) I clean the restaurant before I open it, wipe the glasses and others.
3) Ie welcome customers and help them decide what food they want to eat.
4) After some customers eat their food, I clean the table and wash their plates and other utensils.
5) I collect the bills.
6) by the end of the day, I check the inventories because we don't just sell viands, we sell other staffs as well.
7) Most of the time I help my boss to go to the market to buy raw foods or ingredients.
8) while I have nothing to do, I prepare some ingredients to be use for the next day.
9) I clean the restaurant before we totally close it.
