Small Electrical contracting company, offering a broad range of electrical services. I reported to the Director after each job was done. I assisted electricians on jobs with any task I was given to do. I worked in a team of two and kept a log book to keep track of all the jobs that my colleague and I had done.
Responsibilities
•Assisted in the Installments of new electrical systems and ensured that it ran efficiently.
•Maintaining all electrical systems, solving problems as they arose (fault finding).
•Housekeeping - making sure the site was always clean. Following health and safety regulations, making work pleasant and an easy flow for the team.
•Fetching and dropping off workers anytime of the day or night.
•Carried tools and equipment up and down stairs.
•Assisted with Domestic Installations.
Achievements
I was the first student to be put on an apprenticeship program for the company. I was also sent to college to expand my knowledge on electrical studies and practical’s.
Growth of confidence within me to be able to work without supervision. As well as the company achieving 99% for excellent practice on health and safety regulations on a constant basis.
Arriving at work early and being the first one there, I was given the keys to open up the office in the morning and was trusted to use company vehicle to fetch workers and go to site and also given the option to take the vehicle home.

One of many premier shops that specialize in electronic gadgets and accessories as well as Japanese Anime merchandise. I as a sales assistant for Gadget Time gave every customer as much information on each product. I also assisted with stock take at the end of each day.
Responsibilities
•Dealing with large numbers of customers on a daily basis and ensuring complete satisfaction.
•Handling customer complaints promptly and effectively with minimal disruption to branch.
•Working towards challenging targets.
•Approaching customers face to face giving them the best customer service and full information on each product they showed an interest in.

I reported directly to the store manager, as well as providing support on the floor and helping customers in different departments within this busy retail store.
Responsibilities
•Maximum housekeeping in work area and kept displays maintained to highest level.
•Carrying out stock rotation for the next day.
•Attending and engaging in team meetings relating to the company’s success.
•Physically demonstrated products to the customer.
Achievements
Learned to communicate better with people in person and making eye contact when talking face to face with each customer.
I assisted colleagues and management in a range of different tasks, ensuring that the store was well stocked and to rearrange stock on the floor in a way that drove sales.

•Meeting and greeting of each customer at entrance
•Stock taking
•Cleaning products and shelves to ensure a good and clean healthy environment for all customers
•Answered the phone and helped with queries /complaints and remaining professional at all times.

Achieved personal target every month.
