Involved with establishing a PMO and supporting project managers on large national and municipal projects.

Responsible for getting market share in Europe with outsourced software development services of the Trivandrum, Kerala based company.
Sita provides ERP and Healthcare Insurance software. The key clients were Munich Re's Luxembourgish subsidiaries; Globality Health and DKV Luxembourg.

Provided process improvement/change management consulting to a diverse range of clients across Canada and Austin, Texas.

Architected the company's first product which was used to pitch venture capitalists for seed and angel funding.
Worked on the Rational Unified Process (RUP) research and development team to create original content in the disciplines of Configuration & Change Management, Deployment and Project Management.
Wrote the White Paper - RUP and CMM.
Contributed to Philippe Kruchten's book on the RUP.
I started as a Technical Writer working on User Manuals and Test Scripts. The job evolved into being Proposal Writer, and then as Business Analyst in the Business Development Group.
I went back to projects to work as a Quality Engineer and pursued my interest in methodologies to become a Process Engineer and Chair of the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) for Canada's then largest software development projects under Hughes Aircraft.
