Analyze and review all purchase requests from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, quotation & request for proposal.
Prepare contract with vendor and maintain contract after award, ensuring that all documents are kept current and complete (ie: RFP, RFI, RFQ, PO & Purchase contracts).
Arrange for samples, testing and evaluation of new products.
Issuing the RFI, RFP & RFQ as per approval of appropriate authority and present the received proposals from vendors to concerned authority.
Assist in the annual physical inventory process, as required and also perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Invite bulk quotations from suppliers to take advantage of bulk discounts.
Coordinate, Motivate and Lead a Team of 4 members.
Assign Territories and Targets for each member.
Keep a Track and Record of daily assignments and work.
Achieve Daily and Monthly targets.
