Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Market research and make appropriate sales plan for the the upcoming business year.
• A detailed study about the competitors products, pricing strategy and other peculiarities of their product and services.
• Segmentation of the target audience on priority basis.
• Deciding the best marketing strategies to reach in the customers.
• To make sure to provide a sensible and best solutions for all their requirements.
• Proper coordination with other technical departments to provide a effective commercial proposal.
• Proper follow up to clarify all their concerns regarding the proposal.
• Closing the deal.
• Proper coordination with technical team for the effective and timely execution of the job.

• Researches new media opportunities and collects necessary details to facilitate discussion and decision making
• Serves as point of contact for all incoming advertising solicitation requests
• Develops various media/advertising presentation days throughout the year as required by the Creative Director
• Coordinates paid and editorial media planning with Creative Director and VP, Marketing
• Works closely with designers to maintain deliverable schedule
• Works closely with various internal departments and external contacts
• Manages a database of contacts, specs and pricing
• Maintains a positive work environment with high standards
• Assists designers in preparing final mechanicals to support production requirements
• Maintains overall creative schedule for department, including timing and deadlines associated with printed and digital materials as well as advertising placements
• Responsible for trafficking all media placements to outlets

Sales & Marketing
a) Generate QA’s as per laid down targets (Metro-250/ClassA-200/ClassB-150/ClassC-
100 as per product allocation), convince and convert.
b) Generate revenue as per laid down targets from product specific conversions.
c) Maintain a conversion percentage of 80% for prospects to QA and 30% of QA to
Client.
d) Conduct the required number of seminars & presentations as specified by the BM. e) Achieve the monthly and quarterly targets as specified.
f) Maintain QA status cards in accordance with the ‘P’ management system g) Promote Advantage World Wide to clients.
h) Accountable for spending 4-5 hours effectively in the field for business generation.

Planning & Market Research

a) Design & submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly action plan to the BM. b) Effectively implement plans to completion
c) Create a database of Clubs, Institutes, and associations etc. for purpose of analysis to
Increase market share.
d) Maintain updated database/handouts/collateral/advertisements etc. of Competitors and their activities.
a) Ensure Implementation of the marketing plan as laid down by the BM.

Collections

a) Makes timely collections due/overdue of the new retainers and also for instalments.
b) Maintain records of payments due at the stages of retainer, file no., interview,
Medical and all communication with the client.
c) Ensure constant follow up with clients to ensure that payments are received in time.

Customer Care

Case filing: Ensuring that the clients are adequately assisted in the following in cases of doubts (since he would be the first point of cont. act for the client)

Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.

Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.

Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.

Prepare the annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget.
Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities

Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast
Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities.
Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
Coordinate with art departments to develop window displays and signage.
Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Advertising Manager to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.
Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
