Coordinator-Fuel Section and Fuel Management System

Assess the efficiency & effectiveness of the organization.
•Dealing with the customers regarding visa and travel related queries.
•Applying and posting of Visa application through EDNRD system and regular follow up.
•Handling customer’s travel requirements and arranging all the travel and tour needs for the clients like hotel, sightseeing, ticket reservation, desert safari etc.
•Maintaining records of Accounts receivable and accounts payable and regular follow up.
•Dealing with petty cash and office expenses.
•Handling bank related issues.

Management of petty cash transactions.
•Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
•Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
•Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
•Preparation of statutory accounts.
•Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
•Assisting qualified Accountants with audits.
•Assisting the Chief accountant in the preparation of financial reports.
