RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design of Commercial interiors for corporate offices & retails with their brand identities.

- Preparing Conceptual designs, models, Material Boards and presentations to clients and to various stake holders.

- Coordination with various consultants and vendors of the project at various stages of the project.

- Preparation of tender packages (Drawing, BOQ, Material specification) & evaluating the contractor's tender quote representing the clients.

- Project Site consultancy for clients in both full time & Periodic site visits.

- Preparation of periodic Progress reports, Submittal approvals, Work progress inspections, Project programme tracking, QA/QC to Clients and the Project managers.

-Conducting Project progress meetings with clients & various stake holders

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project initiations with concept development, quotation preparation, Project Estimation & Client presentation

- Preparation of Approval drawings for Building management & Government Authorities approvals of DCD,

Dubai Municipality, TECOM, DCCA, DMCC, TRAKHEES

- Periodic site visits of On-going projects, Documentation of Periodic Progress reports to Clients and the Project manager

- Scheduling of projects on Daily, Weekly & Monthly based targets with Labour Distribution.

- Scheduling & completing Authority Inspections for interior works.

- Coordination with sub-Contractor for Glass, HVAC & Fire System Works.

- Quality check over execution of projects with execution approvals from client with snag list clearance.

- Payment Approvals for Sub-Contractors & Material Vendors.

PROJECTS: - (Scale - 1000 to 15000 Sq.m)
Completely handled & Handed-over more than 40 projects till date (depending upon the scope project)
- EMAAR Burj Khalifa-112 Floor - Execution Work.
- Completed over 20 Office Projects including Head Office design for LAHJAN GROUP, VSUN MOBILES,
-Branch offices of CMI, SMARTECH & Binayah Real Estates notably.- Design & Execution.
- Restaurant @ JLT for CHAWLAS RESTURANT- EPOCH ENTERPRISES - Design & Execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design with Precast-modules to achieve efficiency in construction

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisted the senior architects in preparation of construction drawings
- Preparing Conceptual designs, models and presentations to clients and to various stake holders.
- Periodic site visits to the On-going projects with senior architects and documentation of work progress.

PROJECTS: - (Scale - 6000 to 25000 Sq.m)
