SCOPE OF WORK

Successfully Completed NCB Asset Optimization Project for western region managing over 50, 000 assets.
Successfully implemented and delivered 3 Major Route optimization projects:-
1) MARS RTM project - successfully implemented GIS and Logistics operation in MARS RTM project during the year 2012 increasing sales to + 2 Billion Riyals
2) Complete GIS Implementation in Reckitt Benckiser Division at Arabian Trading Supplies.
3) Complete GIS implementation in CPD Division at Arabian Trading Supplies.

SCOPE OF WORK
- Debrief drivers daily to get feedback on actual information and compare to the planned journey plan
- Complete required exercises timeously
- Update the customer universe information and create customer imports
- Maintain the order history for three to six months and create order imports
- Manage the data manager information (drivers, vehicles and delivery time versus volume)
- Balance territories and create routes
- Export the journey plan and create two Excel sheets, one for upload and the other for the sales team to review
- Update the journey plan accordingly and resend
- Upon receipt of the CMF form, update the Roadshow database accordingly
- Re-optimize journey plans, export to hand held device and sales team
- Complete KPI's and reports daily and channel to management for review
