Posting invoices/billings, and managing credit notes from suppliers
Responsible in keeping suppliers accounts up to date
Accountable in updating the bank status to monitor cash flows
Prepare and post payments made via Telegraphic Transfer/Cheque Sanitize and facilitate in preparation of Management & Financial Reports
Manage day to day activities of the internet cafe

Review and facilitate the preparation of Simplified Financial Statements
Handle P & L per Segment of all Lapanday Groups and Companies.
Prepare Execom and Shareholders’ meeting presentation materials.
Prepare summary of revenue and sales volume & Expats’ cost.
