My work Includes the selection of staff, education of existing employees, measuring the performance of employees, keeping a database of employees and related administrative tasks. I organize and create small teams, which has led to an increase in the efficiency of employees by 15% on the construction site. On my proposal, a mandatory health check of employees has been introduced and is now carried out annually, which reduced the number of accidents at the workplace.

I worked as a Family health advisor for seven years. My work involves family counseling, counseling on nutrition, training to provide care and the right use of the therapy, connecting families with other professional services, teaching and working with patients in small groups and work with high school and college students. Over 70% of my patients were a particularly sensitive groups of pregnant women, newborns and young children. I participated in several projects to improve the health of the population and disease prevention Also, I worked on researching the working conditions of employees and their work satisfaction and made suggestions for measures to improve them.
