Recruitment of International Students and all matters related to marketing abroad. Planning, budgeting and development of International Marketing strategies and action plans. Travelling overseas for the purpose of student recruitment, presentation, and special projects in the International arena. Meeting targeted International student enrolment numbers, organizing and participating in overseas exhibitions and road shows, liaison with Strategic Business Partners, potential students and external parties. Assist in research, presentations and reporting tasks of the department.

Handling client inquiries, Conducting briefings to interviewers before the commencement of fieldwork, ensuring fieldwork runs smoothly with no issues till Data Submission and Assisting field agents with problem solving during fieldwork.
Handling walk-in students by counseling and assisting them in enrolment and registration. Translating to new international students who suffer with language barriers, In-charging in Visa processing and International and local recruiting.
Calling Toyota users and conducting a brief survey and undertaking the task of finding individuals for an In-Depth interview.
Calling a selective group of Astro consumers and conducting a telephone interview for data collection for a final analysis.
Responsible for the incoming phone calls and transferring them to the right individuals, meeting minutes and greeting clients, sorting and distributing posts, as well as arranging couriers, keying in databases, faxing documents to clients, and sorting out weekly bank statements.
