Receives & manage IT related enquiries of all customers belong to my assigned database.
Prepare & send techno-commercial proposals to customers for their project requirements in co-ordination with our pre-sales Engineers & my BDM.
Liaison with Distributors to check the latest market price of the IT products and its availability status.
Process the customer Orders and keep track of the deliveries.
Update outstanding purchase order & pending deliveries.
Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR) of all incoming Purchase Orders from customers and improve the VA generated.
Co-ordinate with the warehouse for collection and delivery of materials.
Receiving call enquiries, maintain and follow-up the submitted proposals to Enterprise and large corporate.
Attended several product presentations of ISS, TSG, PSG & IPG products.
Generate the reports from Goldmine for the Sales in Pipe line and Funnel Report.
Update changes in customer information.
Follow-up of accounts receivables from customers.
Provide required documents such as invoices & delivery note to the customer to settle the accounts.
