Responsible for Executive Hiring in the organization (and Sana Commerce - B2B Ecommerce)
• Strategizing and leading Talent Acquisition initiatives across all 4 locations (Dubai, Netherlands,
Colombia and Philippines Office).
• Train and manage new team members in the team.
• Work closely with Head of TA in workforce planning and Employee Value Proposition.
• Initiate outbound sourcing strategies with new recruitment ideas and build employer brand.

• Lead/participate in recurring recruitment update meetings with hiring managers.
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Manage and track visa processes for new hires in Dubai office.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the whole interview, selection and
employment process.
