Key Result Area.

Manpower Planning: Assist the managers projects in planning rotational cycles for the projects across 4 regions of the GCC.

Recruitment: Sourcing of Cv's and scheduling interviews of candidates as per the job description.

On boarding Process: Liase with the HR Coordinator of each region to ensure a comprehensive on boarding process is provided for each employee that joins the company.

Payroll Assistant: Assist in the payroll cycle for all employees across the 4 regions of the GCC.

Administration: Management of complete process of administrative activities which includes booking of air tickets, hotels, visa etc., for employees and senior management across the 4 regions

Employee Liason: Acted as a liason between management and employees and ensured the best possible results that benefited both most of the time.

Highlights

Regular follow-up and reports of various stages of an employee on boarding process.

Utilising of various vendors across Bahrain to ensure optimum saving while booking tickets, hotels etc.

Establishing a proper tracking system of the company assets and ensuring proper facilitation of the same.

Ensuring that the monthly timesheets and expense claims are recieved and analysed before the cutout date to gurantee a smooth timely payroll cycle.

Tracking of the company's log book for the company's vehicles and taking care of their necessary works such as insurance, registration, etc.

Major Achievement.

Successfully maintained a rotational cycles of emoyees from Africa, Asia and Europe amongst the challenges faced during the Covid-19 pandemic by conducting proper research and implementing strategies regarding flights, quarantine and government regulations.

Manpower Planning: Assisting the General Managers of over 6 divisions in foreseeing manpower requirements of projects and thereby creating a plan for the same

Talent Aquistion: All inclusive process beginning from sourcing of CVs to interviewing, selection, screening and joining of the recruits across the various hierarchical levels for all divisions.

Team Management: Managing a support team of 4 staff who deal in peripheral activities of recruitment like offer letter printing, acquiring mandatory documents, visa application and follow up, GOSI management, medical insurance for employees with various hospitals in the Kingdom.


On boarding Process: Complete on boarding process of the candidate like induction into the company, accommodation provided by the company, IT requirements and any other help they may require settling in.

Employee Welfare: Involved in various activities that were required to ensure that the employees welfare was met like organising programmes, getting involved with the employees in order to ensure complete jib satisfaction.

Employee Liason: Acted as a liason between management and employees and ensures the best possible results that benefited both most of the times.

Highlights:

Utilising the enterprise resource planning software (ERP) for the purpose of managing various stages of the recruitment process.

Maintaining a MIS upon obtaining MRF (manpower requisition form).

Regular follow up and reports of various stages of an employees on boarding process.

Adroitly prioritised and completed multiple tasks as well as followed up throughly to achieve recruitment goals.

Ably grew positive relationships with colleagues at all organisational levels.

Major Achievement:

Mobilisation of over 300 men amidst the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic that was complete in less than 60 days for a project at hand (local and overseas candidates). Hence attributed to a major saving of the finances of the company and timely commencement of the project
