Handling the recruitment process by identifying highly qualified professionals (Faculty & Non-Faculty) and meeting recruitment targets.
•Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirement.
•Retrieve potential candidates from internal databases and external sources.
•Review, analyse and evaluate applicant/candidate CV’s.
•Contact candidates to determine availability, interest level, confirm credentials and other job requirements.
•Conduct initial screening and interviews for local & international candidates.
•Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
•Conducting reference checks, background and employment verification.
•Create & Update records using CRM software and ensuring accurate and complete information. Retrieve information from the software for reporting purposes.

•Provide support in the local hires recruitment process through conducting reference checks on candidates.
•Collecting & processing all required documentation from selected candidates.

•MENA HR System
•Input data and required documents of hired candidates on the HR system.
•Create and assign employee number upon receipt of endorsed duty commencement form by entering employee information on the HR System.
•Inputting & updating data & required documents of all current staff.
•Keep track of residency, health cards & passport renewals etc.
•Scanning of all employee documents for record purpose.
•Issuing & recording of HR Letters.
•Tracking of probation period of all new joiners.
•Receive & track all employee requests.

•Employee Relations
•Responsible for registering all employees in the finger print system.
•Creating of new employee personnel files.
•Coordinate with IT Department to ensure set up of head office employee workstations and telephone lines.
•Liaise with the travel agencies to get quotes on employee air tickets and book air tickets with the agency on receipt of approvals.
•Process all HR documents for signatories and approvals as per the procedure and ensure that all HR formalities are completed and documented.
•Conduct exit interviews with terminated / resigned employees to identify reasons for employee termination/resignation and update employee file.
•Conducting employee disciplinary investigations and completing the disciplinary cycle as required & as assigned by the Head of HR.
•Conducting periodic employee - HR meetings and documenting the same in employee file.
•Issuing & recording of HR Letters.
•Coordinating with the admin & government affairs department on employee residency renewals/transfers, health card renewals, passport renewals, etc.

•Other HR Functions:
•Come up with necessary and innovative ideas /suggestions to further improve the HR functionality.
•Maintain departmental policies & procedures and assist all employees with procedures in their work place.
•Provide data / information for and preparing management information reports and documents.
•Responsible for organizing employee events as per the company policy.
•Maintain and ensure all employee files and HR System is updated and records kept confidential.
•Responsible for the smooth functioning of HR operations in absence of the senior HR generalist.
•Computing the monthly HR budget in liaison with the finance department.
•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters.
•Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, overtime & incentives etc., ensuring that all employees are paid within the scope of the contractual agreements in absence on the payroll officer.
•Any other work related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
