• Roles and responsibilities:
1. Supervising and superintending the day to day site activities to deliver production to the maximum rate with the required specs.
2. Coordinating the materials (Formworks) recycle plan within the site to put them at the maximum level of efficiency.
3. Working on the cost loading of the project into the baseline schedule and in conjunction to the BOQ with a level of detail up to the items of works.
5. Other miscellaneous roles and activities that helped to gain other inter disciplinary skills such as:
a. Quantity surveying.
b. Reporting and writing correspondence letters.
c. Organizing and management of labor direct force
d. Logistic works.
e. Project specs and BOQ analysis.
f. Managing the return of rented form work materials.
