Provide technical inputs and guidance on the development and administration of contracts to ensure that Sadara selects the most appropriate services on the basis of price, quality and delivery.
Assumes responsibility to take control - prepare, conclude and maintain contractual procurement of supplies and services in line with Sadara’s policies & procedures.
Handling all contractual aspects of proponents - Projects, Manufacturing & Engineering, Maintenance Operations & Corporate. Prepare service agreements, whether long-term/short term contracts, manage, issue Purchase Order and responsible for all aspects of contract-related activities.
Participates and provides recommendations and guidance as a member of the Bid Review Team in order to properly evaluate and choose among the pool of bids.
Monitor the contractor’s quality and efficiency according to the contracted service performance levels and take corrective actions if necessary.
Participate in the negotiation stage with contractors as part of a negotiating team comprised of BRT; finance, EH&S and proponent representatives.
Ensure that all contractual activities are performed at the highest levels of integrity and in compliance with Sadara’s Code of Conduct.
Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
In-charge for Invoicing Verifications in SAP- Material Management -Procurement Management
Assumes responsibility to take control and follow-up certain order until deliveries are completed for the project
Helps established Magic Group of Companies Purchasing and Management System
Participates in the planning, monitoring, and supervision of projects /construction engagements.
Assists in the preparation of tender documents which include the terms and conditions, scope of work and price schedules as required after obtaining internal management approvals.
Assists in the preparation of the contract draft to our sub-contractors, and finalizing the contract to sub-contractors, issuance and obtaining the acceptance acknowledgement from sub-contractors as required.
Maintains and updates all necessary expediting documentation and reports. Provides special expediting services for urgent/emergency items. Reviews purchase orders and records purchase order delivery information in the purchasing system.
Inputs all information into computer with latest delivery updates and keeps end‐users informed of purchase order progress and shipping status, utilizing the computerized purchasing system.
Prepares progress report or status report for each project; submits reports to client on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule depending on the client’s requirements.
Coordinates with the following departments, gathers important information which will be used in the preparation of reports for submission to respective clients.
Engineering Department - for the drawing progress report.
Procurement Dept. and Stores - for the material status.
Production Department - for the fabrication progress.
Help established ALBAYRONI Safety, Health and Environment Management System (SHEMS Procedures) in accordance with the SABIC Requirements (SHEMS~ ALBAYRONI, 2007)
Coordinates to Area/Plant Managers updates, reviews and the effective implementation of the management procedures. ( Safety, Health & Environment Management System )
Overseas all functions such as but not limited to filing and reporting of all Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental functions.
Direct communications with vendors and will need to handle all aspects of the transactions of goods and payments.
Responsible for activities such the scheduling, planning, and organizing of meetings, events and travel.
Preparing and editing documents, reports and presentations, establishing and maintaining critical database information, and ensuring the effective and professional handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls.
c Participates in the planning, monitoring, and supervision of audit engagements.
Prepares financial statements, income tax returns, report to management and other reports required by government regulatory agencies.
Identified areas of business risks, potential technical problems, and opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability of the client’s overall business operations.
Participated in the audit of various companies engaged in manufacturing, real estates, trucking services, construction firms and non-stock and non-profit organizations.
Participates in the planning, monitoring, and supervision of audit engagements.
