 Checking the Quality of steel and grade of concrete as per structural requirement, diameter shape and Cement and Execute steel as per approved structural design.
 Checking the Quality of concrete strengths regarding the grade, 7 days and 28 days test.
 Execute the work as per drawing and standards both discipline (structural, architectural works).
 Supervised the site labour and sub-contractor works.
 Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) and evaluating as per the plan schedule and attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.
 Supervision for frame structure form work, steel work, concrete finishing work, Block work, plaster, every kind of flooring.
 Checking and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor and taking photos on a regular basis and also on account of defective work.
 Checking and ensuring that the site is arranged as per the site management plan and that all measures are taken for site safety and the safety of the third parties in the vicinity of the site.
 Responsible for scheduling regular job timely execution of job.
 To check the shuttering, bar bending and concrete works at the site.

• Execution of all Substructure and Superstructure Works.
• Execution of the Block and plastering works.
• Execution of all the finishing work Cladding, and curtain wall works.
• Supervision of all site activities to maintain proper quality as well as safety.
• Preparation of productivity reports for Man and machinery for each section of works.
• Maintaining proper progress of works to meet the target completion date.
• Coordination of work with Clients, Consultants, and Sub-Contractors.
• Preparation of Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Checklists, and method of statements for all the project activities and follow up for consultant’s approval for the same.
• Ensure the execution of the project is as per the contract documents, approved shop drawings and specifications, and standards (Authority and Project).
• Ensure the usage of all latest revisions of project documents to avoid mistakes.
• Attend QA/QC, Safety, and coordination, and progress meetings and follow up as necessary.
• Coordinating with site execution team and consultants for approval, perform inspections prior to consultant's inspection.
• Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
• Preparation of site weekly reports, Track sheet for the management.
• Reporting day-to-day activities to the management by providing DPR.
• Be able to perform both in-office and on-site work.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
• Reviews the project-specific quality plan, inspection, test plan, checklist, and related procedure & inspecting structural and architecture finishing works.
• Ability to finish the project in a smooth way without snags.
