• Supervises private projects during design and execution phases while solving any critical issues arise.
• Reviews mechanical engineering design packages for both RC & Private investor projects.
• Conducts final inspection for any facilities inside royal commission boundary, inspect fire protection system, HVAC system as per approved drawings from royal commission.
• Performs preventive safety inspection and testing for all industrial and commercial investors projects.
• Reviews and amends department procedures and work instructions.
• Worked on Abu Ali project (Extension 24'' pipe line for 7.5 KM) with ARAMCO.
•Carries out major repairs as directed and participates in preventive and routine maintenance.
•Safety awareness attitude, emergency response, fire fighting, control of unsafe condition, A/I reporting, CPR & First Aid and SWP and master tagging.
•Review and amendment of departmental procedure and work instruction.
•Overhauling pumps of different types; i.e. gear & centrifugal pumps.
•Hydraulic system troubleshooting and leak repairs.
•Maintain spares as needed to insure that equipment is available when required.
•Rotating equipment PM, test and inspection.
•Repair of different types of valves.
