JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategically contributing in designing technical roadmap for Digital transformation program as Head of IT PMO and evaluating the scope of Robotic Process Automation for systems integration using AI and Machine Learning technology.
Managing portfolio of projects/programs with accountability of project planning, defining scope, budgeting, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, identifying dependencies, evaluating risks and acquired release approvals
Supporting PM/PMO in scoping and planning releases; providing support to both technical and business personnel on the use and application of published software processes, standards and metrics.
Maintaining continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and making recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
Effectuating project plans within preset budgets and deadlines; performed on-site and offsite tasks within a project scoping document viz. design, specification, management of resources and integration of software products.
Serving in dual role of Application Development Manager and Change Manager for ERP and other business applications; managing all change requests by collaborating with change owners and Change Advisory Board.
Negotiating with solution providers on the commercial proposal for change requests to ensure all changes are deployed in cost effective manner best for organization.
