Projects : 132kv DXBCANAL SS, 132kv OPERA DISTRICT SS, 132KV MAADEN SS, 132kv LATIFA STREET SS
Inspection, daily site visit for witness and approval of material and site civil activities, Inspection of Mock up sample of material sample at site, at factory for mock up and fabrication, galvanization and painting. Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports of the projects. Through SAP System Prepare daily site reports (Cats), WWR, site note/NCR, through the mobility devise provided by DEWA. Using Smart office system/SAP system e.g. Site quality audit close out initial, Memo. And progress measurement sheet ETC. Delivery the project with RFC drawings and DEWA Civil work specification, ITP, with targeted schedule compliance the DEWA safety Standards Specifications. Review shop drawings and RFC drawings, prepare/review Red mark drawings for As Build drawings. Review contractors' construction plans and schedules including method statements and RA
To complete all civil snag within the outage period of the Substation and Handing over to DEWA Civil Maintenance Deportment.

Monitoring and executing the all civil related works .Ensure the work according to the approved drawing and to follow the (TCS) Transmission Construction Standard and (TMSS) Transmission Materials Standard Specification
Check work front availability on 4 week basis
Ensure quality of work and minimization of wastage
Monitor efficiency and provide guidance to bring it up to 1
Ensure that all relevant procedures are available and followed .Ensure the work safety plan and complete the work targeted within the given schedule date, Prepare 45 days look ahead schedule, Micro schedule considering cost and budget of the project. Coordination with third party approved laboratory for needful project, Prepare BOQ, BBS, and Ensure and check the surveying and leveling work and check the reference point's coordinates of building/structure location coordinates. Ensure the level with approved FFL, and AFC drawings
Identify extra work from contractual work scope
Ensure the projects civil engineering works is occurrence with the Drawings, SEC Standards, ACI, ASTM, BS, and ISO Standards. Etc.….
Coordinate with SEC Representative; arrange the equipment, weekly progress review meeting, and Daily progress report. Tools, and materials needed in a site. Provide the IFC and AFC Drawings to the subcontractors.

Project : NEW AL Jouf-2 380KV BSP & Existing 132KV GIS Expansion, Makkah 380 U/G Cable project from Makkah north to Makkah Central and Makkah South to Makkah Central
Job Responsibilities:
