- Preparing, Studying and Design (HVAC- F.F-Plum.) Projects.
- Lead and manage a team of professional engineers and draftsmen.
- Develop designs from project specifications.
- Allocate, prioritize and check work of a team of draftsmen.
- Select the suitable system; Prepare the ventilation calculation, Smoke management system, Bill of quantities and specifications. And Coordination with other disciplines.

• To lead drafting team to do HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting design work as per Civil defense, DEWA and Municipality requirements and solve all technical issues at right time.
• Take the firefighting and gas design approvals from Dubai and Sharjah Civil defense authority.
• Calculate the HEAT LOAD calculation as per ASHRAE and Dubai Municipality standards and regulations.
• Check and correct the shop drawing submitted by the contractor and do the supervision to get quality work and finish project on time.
• Inspecting the all MEP works and see whether the drawings are properly followed or not.
• Clarify and give solution for execution problems of the contractor and lead them to do proper work.
