• Verifying documents i.e. Invoice, Packing list, Weight List, Certificate of Origin, Exporter Certificate, Shipment Advise, Delivery Note & Legalized Documents as per customs requirements
• Follow-up relevant Customs Clearance procedure so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Daily follow-up with clearing agent about the collection and clearance of the shipments
• Calculating custom duty prior payment and initiating the request to account department for payable charges.
• Updating tracking of the containers in ERP system
• Follow the day to day operations related to own jobs in the Custom clearance to ensure continuity of work
• Managing all shipment and logistics in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with the guidelines.
• Coordinating with various department i.e. Sales, warehouse & transportation for shipment arrangements, update and delivery follow up
• Coordination with forecast team to arrange the shipment arrival to Saudi Arabia.
• Sending dispatch reports to transporters for the delivery of the containers across Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Food and Drugs Authorities:
• Responsible for registering the Sku’s online to Saudi Foods and Drugs authorities.
• Coordination with suppliers subject to any problem occurred while registering in SFDA.
• Updating Sales Managers for the status of registered Sku’s to place orders to suppliers.
• Responsible online clearance for all arriving shipment to Saudi Arabia
Saudi customs:
• Preparing online authorization for clearing agents.
