• Scrutiny & Supervision of Account Opening Forms and their Archival, CNIC verification using NADRAs Verysis, Specimen Signature Card scanning and provision of guidance to related branches as per SBP guidelines and Banks own standards. Liaise with internal teams on ongoing AML/KYC discussions keeping the abreast of all changes to requirements and standards. In-puter the account opening and maintenance process. Keep up-to-date on Savings Bank product knowledge and be able to explain in detail all Bank products and services to customers. Answer telephones and transfer calls to the appropriate person following Customer Service Standards. Allow customer access to Safe Deposit Boxes, maintain SBP agreements and entry log. Provide information regarding different account ownership types.
