Scope of work
FEB 2020 I was appointed as irrigation Inspector for Landscape Works for the ADM Project, which was designed by DIWI and supervised by TATWEER, following is the scope of work;
• Installation of Irrigation network 160mm HDPE pipe mainline 3500LM, 110mm HDPE mainline 1000 LM, 90mmmm, 63mm, 50mm, 32mm lateral lines almost 28000 LM.
• Installation of Isolation valves, air release valves, washout valves in chambers.
• Installation of solenoids vales 50 Nos, size 3 inch, 2inch 1.5 inch and 1 inch.
• Installation of decoder controller system linked with SCADA.
• Hard Landscape work, Installation of kerbstones, paving, sitting area, installation of furniture.
• Plantation of more than 600 Trees, more than 50000 different shrubs plants.
Job Responsibilities
Working as irrigation inspector, following duties were assigned to me;
• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings, method statements, any requests for information relating to the landscaping, irrigation and associated works.
• Review the material submittals regarding the Irrigation work.
• Monitoring site activities for conformance with approved plans, specifications, and standards; including hard landscaping, soft landscaping, irrigation networks.
• Inspecting the work done is as per Approved Shop Drawing. Issuing of SOR, NCR.
• MIR checking as per the approved material from ADM.
• Reporting to A.R.E regarding the work.

July 2019 I was appointed as Landscape Inspector for Landscape Works for the MODON Project, which was designed and supervised by SEREX, directly working and performed the below duties;
• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, any requests for information relating to the landscaping, irrigation and associated works.
• Monitoring QA/QC activities and maintain records.
• Lead and direct efficiently a construction team.

2015 I was appointed as landscape engineer and later worked as Irrigation/landscape Engineer directly reporting to working Resident Engineer and performed the below duties.
Study, Review and give the approval of Drawings, Material Submittal, Prequalification and Method statement of the project, inspect the work activities according to the approved shop drawings and specifications, insure that only approved materials are delivered to site, and report to RE. Approval of Requests for Inspection.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist ARE & RE in applied category i.e. Irrigation, Landscape & Infrastructure works.
• Reporting ARE for Contractor daily schedule
• Shop drawing reviews (Irrigation, Hardscape, Soft cape) and comments regarding the specification and Contract drawings and Assist in preparation of as ‘built drawing for work completed as per quality standard and approved inspection request.
• Assist sub-Contractor to get all NOCs from Concern Authorities. Coordinate with Contractor Engineer/Surveyor for the daily work and advice on the proper execution of work and main the high quality.
• Process the Inspection requests as per approved M.S, ITP and approved Shop Drawings and maintain records of their status as and when requested by Contractor.
• Material Inspection as per approved Material Approval Request.
• Monitor the contractor for safe working practice and compliance with All HSE regulations and Contractor Project’s Project safety Plan.
• Check the non-confirming work at site, generation reports, corrective actions and coordination responses and maintain the detailed diary of the day’s work activities issued, work approved & rejected, hours of operation, labour & equipment used etc.
