Working as a operation shift Supervisor for continues Polymer plant
•Supervise employees in the production area with ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
•cost effective products as per the production plan.
•Production planning and supervising the entire plant operation to achieve the stated target production with optimal time & with quality.
•Lead from front to ensure safe behavior/culture on the shop floor

•See that all inspection, measuring and testing equipments are reliable and calibrated to the required standards.
•Finding technical solutions IN process problems.
•Ensuring all safety aspects in plant and make aware of safety to plant people for handling of hazardous chemicals.
•Maintain shop floor discipline & housekeeping.
•To handover the plant & machinery to maintenance Dept ensuring safety, and to see that maintenance jobs are undertaken satisfactorily.
•Implement Lean culture in manufacturing by learning various techniques,
GMP & 5‘S’ culture.
• Perform other related duties as required by the job function.
