Examined the compliance of product with quality, safety, and fitness for the purpose and managing activities such as Transformers: Oil Type and Dry Type, Indoor Switchgear, Outdoor Switchgear, LV Feeder Pillar, Package Substation, Ring Main Unit, Cables: HV, MV and LV, Fiber Optic Cables, Cable Joints and Terminations, Tubular Poles, Overhead Lines Fittings, Earthing Rod and Accessories, Cable Tiles and Warning Tape
Managed reporting activities such as communicating observation, findings, and non-conformance to the client and interpreting & clarifying clients queries to resolve non-conformance
Revalidated client’s compliance and issue conformance
Worked on 11kV Substation Takeover and performing detailed examination of equipment installed like, Transformers, Switchgear, Feeder pillar and RMU
Ensured everything meets KAHRAMAA requirements and satisfied KM standards as per scheme drawings
Supervised cable corridor verification as per urban planning (MMUP) standards, cable clearances, beddings, backfilling and reinternment, safety, quality and housekeeping and final inspection to settle contractor’s invoices
Enhanced customer quality and provided superior customer service in site survey to access future developments and status of substation and apprising and persuading customer to initiate next course of action
