ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• System administration of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3
• Manage virtual and physical servers with Windows Server 2003 - 2012 R2 and RHEL operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and server and workstation patching.
• Manage the physical and virtual environment
• Install, Configured & Maintain MS SQL server, windows clustering, domain controller setup, and group policy.
• Ensure the security of the server infrastructure by implementing industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices.
• Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
• Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary.
• Practice server asset management, including maintenance of server component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and reconfigurations.
• Manage the physical environment of the server racks including cable management, documentation, labeling, and configuration of KVM switching for console and remote access.
• Build and deploy new servers on the network as needed.
• Have familiarity with NAS and SAN storage management.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Infrastructure Management
• Plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure secure operation of organization's IT infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain and optimize key functional areas, particularly network/server infrastructure, data communications and telecommunications systems.
• Manage schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware/software issues on.
• Set direction for all information processing, communication systems and operations.
• Administer physical security, data loss prevention, identity management, video surveillance, access control implementation, audit and environment system design.
IT Security Management
• Oversee operations of enterprise's security solutions by management of organization's security analysts.
• Establish enterprise security stance by policy, architecture and training processes.
• Select appropriate security solutions or oversight of any vulnerability audits and assessments. Likewise, perform information security risk assessments.
• Conduct security awareness training and internal audit.
• Implement information security policies and procedures for the organization
• Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures, refer problems to appropriate department manager
• Review all system-related security plans throughout organization's network; act as a liaison to Information Systems.
• Interface with peers in Systems/Network departments and leaders of the business units to share corporate security vision and to solicit involvement in achieving higher levels of enterprise security through information sharing and co-operation.
• Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to create information security awareness within the organization.
ERP Implementation Overview
• Orion ERP Implementation, Hosted an Orion exe over the Citrix Server for retail and operations Client users.
• Installation of ERP in end users Machines.
• Providing support to all end users how to use the orion system, what are the protocols of the system etc.
• Making and amending different types of transactions code in ERP System, on the basis of it authenticating the approval matrix.
• Mapping application through port forwarding in Firewall.

Configure each & every User in Domain Name Server (DNS) with the help of ADDS.
