• Working as a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER for MAXELL INDUSTRIES LLC (Manufacturer), UAE from NOV 2022 till date.
NATURE OF JOB:-

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:-
Manufacturing of AHU FAHU, FCU, CONDENSIN UNITS, ECOLOGY UNITS, PICV, ESP, UL DUCT HEATERS, VARIABLE AIR VOLUME UNIS, CONSTANT AIR VOLUME UNITS, FIRE HOSE CABINETS & ALL RELATED TO SHEET METAL FABRICATINS.
• Team Management:- A sales team of 3 to 4 Nos of sales engineers are assigned under me along with 02 Nos of Designers. Each person was given individual targets upon specific products, specific area in emirates & other GCC countries to focus sales and achieve the management target. For the designers & applications team the scope is to select the model & airflow as per the client requirements and to submit the quotes within 24 hours from the time of enquiry.
• Nature of work:- To focus on new business along with maintaining the existing clients and business relations. Also 50% of travel is considered for the same scope of job nature and have focused in Saudi Arabia market too for new business expansions and got several major projects for the organization.
• Marketing:- We do have a marketing team which is active in social media platforms. Once we complete a project our marketing team will be supporting us to establish the project details in the portals & social media for future promotions on our product.

NATURE OF JOB & Ongoing Projects:-
• Turnkey EPC solution for Modular Data center, Packaged E houses for switchgears and substations manufacturing’s
Projects handled:- khazna Data center, NEOM - KSA Data Center, Etisalat Data centers for UAE region etc.
• Turnkey solution for Telecommunication Shelters manufacturing’s
Experience in Data Center:-
Data Center Infra structure:- Manufacturing of modular data centers with steel structures for the base & all the walls & roof insulated with 100 to 150mm thickness of rockwool panels which is UAE civil defense certified and as per the TIER approved standards.
Electrical Furnishings & Mechanical Furnishings:- Installation of all the electrical & mechanical equipment’s as per the submittals provided and which is approved by the client. For example, AC’s (Split Type / Packaged units / Duct type units etc.) as per the cooling calculations with N+1 mechanism controlled by HVAC panel, Internal lights as per the lug’s calculations, and all related electrical items, raised floors, Earthing etc. All the works carried out is only till the perimeter of the data center.
Fire Fighting Systems:- Installation of Fire detection panels (Conventional / Addressable), FM 200, NOVEC 1230 as per the client specifications & requirements. Also, these systems shall be terminated with the Alarm terminal box (ATB) provided inside the data center and can be terminated to BMS in the future if any to pass signals in case of fire either only in the buildings or also shall be routed via SMS with support of SMS relays in the panel.
Access Control:- All the external doors are equipped with access control locks and shall be terminated with live technical surveillance CCTV as per the client requirements. All the doors are equipped with dry contacts to pass the signal when opened.
UPS, Battery & Server Racks:- All the internal cabinets and racks are manufactured with GI steel sheets and powder coated. The cabinets made are customized racks in house as per the client requirements and design. If client requires any approved cabinets, it shall be also procured and installed.
Data Center Control systems:- SCADA, PLC’s, shall be provided as per the client required software’s and shall be terminated with the HVAC panel for emergency failure maintenance.
Also, rodents shall be installed along with the modular data center for any desert installations.
Turnkey Upon Completion:- All the civil, site clearance, data center installations at site, electrical & mechanical terminations at site, All BMS related terminations shall be carried out as per the client specifications and check lists. All the SAT process shall be carried out prior to handover of the data center to the end client.

Manufacturing of Modular Data Centers, Customized EPC for data centers, Containerized E-houses, Packaged switchgear & substation units, Telecommunication Shelters, Telecom Towers, battery cabinets, Server racks, Containerized Solutions, and all related to sheet metal fabrication works.

Market Research:- To analyse the market scenario in accordance to telecom & sheet metal
fabrication industry all over GCC.
* Market Survey:- Yearly basis survey will be taken from existing clients, contractors & consultants
for our quality, performance above guarantee periods, long lasting, delivery on time etc.
* Team Management:- A sales team of 5 to 6 sales engineers are assigned under me along with 40
labours on manufacturing’s. Each person were given individual targets upon specific products,
specific area in emirates to focus sales and achieve the management target.
* Marketing:- Yearly new products will be added on to the manufacturing list as per the market
requirements in sheet metal fabrication sector. Gifts will be given to all our clients yearly for steady
relations.
* Catalogues:- Yearly catalogues will be modified and created in accordance to the fast moving
items on the previous year sold. This will help us to make the client aware that we are in to the
manufacturing of current market requirement products.
* Meetings:- Weekly 2 meetings will be conducted with the sales team in the week start & week end
to know what we are going to focus for this current week & in the week end we will discuss about
what and all deals we have closed. So accordingly by month end we will have a meeting for the
current month discussing about individual sales target achieved by each sales staffs. This helps our
team to be aware of the production and to promise the end user for their delivery status.
* Reports:- Monthly reports for sales will be submitted each month in form of Excel sheets, Power
point presentations, Company Software supporting details to M.D, CEO & GENERAL MANAGER.

FULLY ASSEMBLED TELECOM SHELTERS, GENERATOR CANOPIES, DIESEL
TANKS, BATTERY CABINETS, SERVER RACKS, DB ENCLOSURES, SWITCH GEAR
ENCLOSURES, GI TRUNKING, CABLE LADDERS, FIRE RATED DOORS, COLD
ROOM PANELS, COLD ROOM INSTALLATIONS WITH FREEZER / CHILLER
UNITS and all SHEET METAL FABRICATION jobs.
