Major duties & Responsibilities:
• Familiar with assembly/Manufacturing process for Pump/Motor/Control panel related components and assemblies.
• All kinds of reporting for internal & external stakeholder.
• Project/Sales order controlling from documentation, supply chain, production, delivery & after sales service.
• Review of all documents including internal & external factor with milestone payment details.
• Good knowledge of time study and industrial engineering norms.
• Able to generate master schedules in MS Project or in primavera for job scheduling.
• Familiar with ISO Quality system.
• Knowledge of using SAP.
• Able to analyse excel data and formulate programmes.
• Preparation of documents related to sales order to submit to the client.
Major duties & Responsibilities:
• Generated new business opportunities and secured new clientele by fulfilling their requirements and providing their utmost satisfaction.
• Played a vital role in estimating the scope of work for the service projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Delivered high-quality products by ensuring compliance with environmental management policies and safety procedures.
• Steered all initiatives to continuously improve business processes and optimize productivity while reducing costs.
• Lead the preparation of service contracts and quotation both for financial and technical aspects of the business.
• Build long-term quality relationships with clients by promptly addressing their diverse needs and concerns.

• Chilled Water System.
• Pumps.
• R.O.
• STP.
• BMS.
• Maximo system.
Major duties & Responsibilities:
• Take care of the Chillers, read it and clean it.
• AHU & FCU maintenance (Checking/Cleaning/Changing for belts, bearings, evaporators,
Strainers & Motors).
• Getting to know the R.O & STB at the university and its mechanism of operation.
• Getting to know Maximo and BMS system.
