Duties and Responsibility:

• Working with Kuwait Drilling Company RIGs, RIG-33 (AMPHION RIG, 3000HP),
• RIG-16(SCR RIG, 2000HP), RIG-25(SCR RIG, 2000HP).
• Working with NOV VFD, NOV Drawworks ADS-30D, Mud Pump 14 P 220 and NOV Top Drives TDS-8SA, TDS 11SA.
• Working with CAT Generators 3512 B (1750 KVA) 18C & 3406 for Rig and Camp power system.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of ABB drives ACS 800.
• Worked with SCR panels and VFD panels.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of AC & DC Motors.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of shaleshaker's, Centrifuge, Mud agitators and Auger.
• Handling Equipment and repairing electrical equipment's.
• Monitored and implemented safety procedures (JSA, STOP cards, Lock-out, Tag-out).
• Terminate and troubleshoot pressure switches, solenoids, hydraulics, PLCs, input, output cards/ modules and encoders.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Rig lights, Mud tank area lights, Rig site amp skids lights and Main Camp lights.
• Maintenance of VFD house, MCC house, Base camp and Rig site camp Fire Alarm system.
• Maintenance of Gaitronics Rig paging system
• Execution of installation of various types of Instruments including fabrication & erection of cable trays supports.
• Monitored and implemented safety procedures (JSA, STOP cards, Lock-out & Tag-out).
• Working with power and control service loop for Varco top drive.
• Air conditioning system installation, repairing and troubleshooting.
• Assembling and dismantling all the equipment while Rig up and rig down.
