Reporting directly to the HR Manager about all problems regarding more than 350 employees registered in HRDF,
Searching right candidates from different source i.e. Reference, Job Portal, Internal Database.
Arranging interview.
Preparing Job Offer, Contract, Assignment Letter.
Hand on experience to handle Taqat.
Designing and publishing Advertisement.
Prepare all kind of letters for the employee of the companies
Follow HR manager’s orders as needed
Dealing with IQAMA renewal
Monitoring & Maintaining Saudization as per company ratio.
Dealing with tickets issuing and prepare exit status for the employees
Responsible for identifying the jobs suitable for Saudis and look for good candidates to fill the positions
Arranging Job Fairs for Saudi National
Scheduling the manager meetings and manage his telephones calls
Prepare all kind of letters for the employees
Manage flight reservations for both the managers and other employees
Respond to emails sent to the manager as needed.
