-Assessed the current investment strategy and proposed and recommended a new strategy to be implemented.

-Manage the investments of Thrift fund program management,
-Manage the investments and the operating of Employees Incentive program.

-Build, analyze, and present a Cash Flow Forecast Model for the holding company and existing projects/JVs to CFO and senior Management,
-Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations for proposed Investments opportunities (M&A and greenfield projects),
-Loans Management (SIDF, PIF and banks),
-Negotiate the terms of new/renew bank facilities agreements and investment agreements,
-Long-term strategic financial planning and modeling to management, board and lenders,
-Assessed the current investment strategy and proposed and recommended a new strategy to be implemented.
-Islamic Finance Advisor to CFO and senior management for issuance of or investing in Islamic products,

-Build, analyze, and present a Cash Flow Forecast Model for the holding company and existing projects/JVs to CFO and senior Management,
-Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations for proposed Investments opportunities (M&A and greenfield projects),
-Long-term strategic financial planning and modeling to management, board and lenders,
-Islamic Finance Advisor to CFO and senior management for issuance of or investing in Islamic products,
-A team member of Business Planning & Consolidation project (1 year plan and 10 years plan).
-Monitoring the Financial prospective at KPI level and Corporate Performance factor (CPF)

-Build, analyze, and present a Cash Flow Forecast Model
-Financial planning and modeling to management, board and lenders

Involved in due diligence projects for purposes such as IPO and Mergers.
