Plans, schedules and provides work direction as required for the preparation of planning and scheduling controls systems and other practices to give Engineering and Constructions supervisors means to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their project execution.
To establish milestones for the total project and/or major portions of the project; to define the stages and the deadlines, to prepare the budget of the project and to manage the material, human and financial resources.
To control the progress of the project, to evaluate the accomplishments and if necessary, to take corrective measures
Oversee the planning element of the change control procedure
Evolution of Critical Path Analysis in the project schedules and evaluates alternative schedule options to identify optimum project strategies or resolve problems before and during execution.
Developing the construction Models & Tentative plans / Contingency plans; revise promptly the Control Baselines with all agreed Changes
Possess good caliber to develop the impact plan due to complication of the project and mitigating the same.
Project Co-ordination:
Attend weekly / interim /monthly review meetings with project team / client to discuss long, medium and short term plans and progress.
Participation in estimate reviews, proposal kick-off meetings and other senior management meetings as required
Participation in corporate and other project audits as required
Acts as a vital role of bridge/chain between the Management & the workforce.
Intervene with clients, project team and sub-contractors to ensure project and site progress
Highlight to management potential delays and assess the impact to the project
